LOL Shame on you! You shined a flashlight in that poor spider's eyes! hehehe At least now I know why it was so blown out even as a night shot with flash...lol

Love the web!!! Bummer the spider is blown out, did you try Adobe Lightroom to recover the white detail? If not, do you mind if I try it and if you like I can email you the result?

Anyway, if you love spiders, and I think you do ;-) then here are a few of mine for your collection as well...

Thank you! Unfortunately, I don't have lightroom, but you're welcome to give it a shot. I'll note you my email.

As for the spiders...:excited:

hehehe...yeah, can you imagine my excitement when I saw that mama and babies on my kitchen floor!?!?!? I couldn't grab my camera fast enough!!! And then that baby on the counter...wow...I almost killed that little one with a tea spoon, and then it was quick so it almost disappeared under the dime as well! LOL

lol! I had a nest in a sticker on my door once whose corner had folded over. The fold was starting to bother me, and I had no idea what lay in wait for me. I turned over the fold and out came mama spider and a scattering of babies!!! Didn't have my camera back then, but let's just say I was not bothered at all by mosquitos in my room for that entire summer. :D

hehehe...cool! And I am sure you scared them more than they did you!!! I just helped a fly into the web of a young wolf spider...it is happy!!!

Haha! Definitely! I as a human am about a million times the size of the poor thing!

The spiders that hatched in my room that one time made webs in all the corners. There had been this fly that had been bothering me for a while...I later saw it struggling in the web of one the baby spiders, who was very excited to wrap up such a large meal! Needless to say, the fly no longer bothered me...

lol I came across an iridescent blue-black wasp once that was caught in web. I had my camera and was very excited because these damn things never stay still long enough. I promised the wasp I would free it if I could get a good shot of it...then it escaped on its own before I could even aim the camera. :| Stupid wasp...

LOL...I guess it didn't believe you...If it could have made some sarcastic statement to you it probably would have said "What's wrong with you human?! If you saw a drowning human you would probably yell "Hold on! Let me get a picture real quick before I jump in!"...hehehe...yeah, stupid wasp...oh wait...it probably saw the can of wasp spray you were hiding in your pocket...hmmmmmm ;-)
